The small neighborhood of Fernwood Creek is located off of Center Street in Jupiter, next to the equally-desirable neighborhoods of Holly Cove and Greenwood. The community is quite small and consists of only two streets: Irwin Lane and Warren Drive. Because of this, there are often very few properties available on the market, but the excellent location of this neighborhood makes homes very desirable. Entirely detached homes, Fernwood Creek is notable for a few reasons. The first is that the neighborhood backs onto the river. As a result, there are homes in this neighborhood with water access and private docks. Those with smaller boats can  journey to the Loxahatchee River, and continue on to the inlet. Fernwood Creek is also located close to a number of excellent amenities, which include shops, restaurants, medical centers, and more.
