River Park, St. Lucie County Real Estate
River Park is a large neighborhood offering a range of housing options near Florida’s east coast.
The west and northeast parts of River Park feature low bungalows and ranchers, many of which have carports or single attached garages for parking. Yards are defined by wide and flat front lawns, simple pavements, and mature trees.
In the southeast, you'll find neighborhoods of prefab and manufactured or mobile homes, most notably in Spanish Lakes.
These affordable and cozy homes are perfect for those looking to live or stay in accessible and well-maintained communities like Spanish Lakes.
Many of these manufactured homes come partially or fully-furnished, with amenities like awnings and AC units to stay cool. The lush lawns and palm trees reinforce the tropical atmosphere, and there are also common facilities like a pool and tennis courts.
For those looking for more space, the northeast suburbs of River Park offer homes with plenty of room to spread out. Real estate here has a number of more luxurious and spacious living options. You will find homes with lanai-covered pools, carriage drives, and updated features such as luxurious kitchens, spa bathrooms, and ample living space.
Some of the homes in the northeast portion of River Park are even closing in on 3,000 square feet. There are also a few examples of the traditional coastal style of home, with features such as large exterior shutters, metal roofs, large arching entryways, and crowsnest roof features.
For apartment units in a more private community setting, St. Lucie Oaks Apartments offers maintenance-free living and access to shared amenities like pools and tennis courts.
